Information Security Policy
Kiraunix Inc. recognizes the information assets entrusted to us by our customers, as well as the information we handle in our business, as critical management assets.
To protect these assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and cybercrime, we will continuously maintain and improve our information security practices.
We Have Declared Two Stars
We declare participation in the IPA-promoted "SECURITY ACTION" at the Two-Star level.
SECURITY ACTION is a self-declaration program for information security efforts and does not indicate certification or accreditation by IPA.
1. Organizational Governance
We establish internal responsibility structures for information security and manage information assets appropriately according to their importance.
2. Protection of Information Assets
We assess risks such as unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, loss, and destruction, and implement appropriate safeguards to address them.
3. Education and Awareness
We continuously provide information security education and awareness programs for officers and employees to improve understanding and practice.
4. Compliance
We comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and other relevant requirements concerning information security.
5. Continuous Improvement
We regularly review our information security measures and continuously improve them in response to changes in our business and external environment.
